About
Miss Natasha Enquist is a Canadian multi-disciplinary artist navigating a space-time travel continuum between Berlin, Germany, and the Pacific Northwest of Canada. Hailing from British Columbia, she studied classical piano during her childhood, and initially worked in fashion before the accordion took center stage in her creative life. Miss Natasha treats the accordion as a human-powered synthesizer, captivating audiences with her sultry and charismatic presence and her signature dreamy, dark, and romantic "electro-accordion chanteuse" style.
From Walt Disney World to Berlin’s KitKat Club, Chantals House of Shame, Folsom Europe, and Antwerp’s Darklands Festival, her performances have placed her at the heart of cabaret, fetish, and underground art scenes across North America and Europe. Known for her immersive stage presence, she continues to blur boundaries between music, embodiment, and spectacle.
Enquist has recorded with Alice Gift, Sinan Mercenk, Rona Geffen, Chris Lastelle, and Matresanch, with her music featured across compilations including A Thousand Tones, Swamp Rabbit Squeezebox Festival, Synth Babe Records, and Electronic Ladyland (female:pressure). Her creative network spans composers, performance artists, and experimental producers pushing sonic and gender boundaries.
Her original compositions appear in international film and fashion projects, including The Birthday and music videos aired on MTV Germany and VIVA TV. In addition to her electro-accordion catalogue (MNE, Summer Bird, Weltgeist, Unbroken Girl), Enquist is a visual artist and art model, and with her feminist photo series My Domina Gaze which reclaims the queer female gaze through erotic subversion and unapologetic power.
